Drivers are being warned of maintenance works affecting the tunnels from Friday, April 24 to Monday, April 27.
Closures include the A282 northbound Dartford Crossing west tunnel from 11pm on April 24 until 5.30am on April 25; from 10pm on April 25 until 5am on April 26; and the east tunnel from 10.30pm on April 26 until 5.30am on April 27.
National Highways has advised drivers to check live traffic updates, follow diversions, and allow extra time for their journeys.
The work forms part of a wider maintenance programme at the crossing, one of the busiest routes in the UK and a key link for thousands of motorists each day.
While additional works are taking place in the area, the QEII Bridge itself will not be affected by these closures.
Diversions will be in place throughout the weekend via the National Highways network.
The Dartford Crossing connects Kent and Essex via the A282, linking directly to the M25 and forming a crucial part of London’s orbital road network.
It is used by millions of drivers each year, carrying both local traffic and long-distance freight, making it one of the most important river crossings in the country.
