The paper, “Achieving harmonized and integrated long-term environmental observation of essential ecosystem variables – The eLTER Framework of Standard Observations,” explains how the eLTER Research Infrastructure (eLTER RI) is improving the comparability and coordination of environmental data across diverse ecosystems and research fields.
