Ayodabo Osagie, 34 from Overton Road, London, was charged with driving a motor vehicle with no insurance, as well as possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs, possession of controlled drugs and acquiring criminal property.
Thomas Ifeoluwa, 27 of no fixed address, was charged with possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs, possession of a class B drug and acquiring criminal property.
Mr Ifeoluwa has also been charged with criminal damage relating to damage to a custody cell.
The charges follow police officers stopping a car while out on patrol in Dartford on March 14, after they spotted the vehicle being driven in a suspicious manner.
Once it stopped in Cotton Lane, officers searched the car and the two people inside – discovering a large quantity of cash, as well as bags of cannabis and cocaine.
Both occupants of the car were arrested and taken into custody.
Later searches of properties in Rochester and London uncovered drugs believed to be class A and B, mobile phones, money and weighing scales.
Both Mr Osagie and Mr Ifeoluwa appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday (March 16), where they were remanded in custody to appear at Woolwich Crown Court on April 13.
