The south London side made the trip to Lincolnshire on Saturday, where they took on Grimsby Town in the early 12.30pm kick-off.
Andy Woodman’s men arrived in Cleethorpes hoping to replicate their performance from the last time that they encountered the Mariners – a Will Hondermarck double secured all three points at the CopperJax in a 2-0 win in December.
David Artell’s side had lost just once in their last 13 league games prior to the encounter.

It took Grimsby less than 30 seconds to register a shot on target, when George McEachran fired a left-footed shot from outside the box towards goal, which was well-saved by Grant Smith.
It quickly became apparent that the hosts had come racing out of the blocks, and Charles Vernam had a golden opportunity when he latched onto Kieran Green’s cross in the penalty area – his eventual shot had Grant Smith beaten, but Carl Jenkinson came to the rescue with a solid goal line clearance.
Despite the early pressure applied to them, Bromley weathered the Grimsby storm and had a chance of their own on 26 minutes, when Corey Whitely hit a long-range effort towards goal after swivelling on the half-turn; Jackson Smith was able to deny.
Nicke Kabamba smashed the deadlock open in the 28th minute when a stroke of luck saw the ball place itself perfectly into the path of the prolific finisher, who lifted the ball over a despairing Jackson Smith and into the back of the net, despite the best efforts of the Grimsby backline to clear. However, a handball decision in the visitors’ penalty area was given in favour of the hosts.
Charles Vernam stepped up from the spot and went straight down the middle to make it 1-1, before being substituted off for Jaze Kabia.
The referee’s final whistle confirmed a point apiece, seeing Bromley move to 70 points at the top of the table. Next up, they face Bristol Rovers on Saturday.
