In 2023 we reported that Sean Brady was in tears at the Old Bailey after he was caught with images of children as young as three-years-old being sexually abused, telling a judge that paedophiles have to lie to other prisoners about why they are there.
The former Transport for London worker turned gardener had been caught during a police raid in October 2022 – he had a long history of similar offending dating back to 2007 and admitted that he has a sexual attraction to young children.
His lengthy speech failed to save him from a prison sentence on that occasion and he was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison.
Brady, 56, now faces the prospect of a return to prison after he pleaded guilty to 13 more offences at Bromley Magistrates Court last Friday (February 20).
Ten of the offences date back to November 2022, after police found hundreds more child sexual abuse images on his devices.
He also admitted three charges of breaching a sexual harm prevention order on February 19 this year by possessing unregistered USB sticks and an SD card.
Brady’s case was sent to Croydon Crown Court for sentencing at a later date.
He was released on bail with conditions that he must not be in possession of any device capable of accessing the internet.
Brady was previously caught with indecent images of children in 2007 and 2008.
In 2016 he received a suspended sentence for possessing indecent images of children and taking upskirt photos of women in public.
