Sebb’s, on Miller Street, scooped the prestigious award for its signature cocktails.

Posting the brilliant news of the recognition, the hospitality group said: “Ox and Finch has retained its Bib Gourmand, tonight marking 12 Bibs and 13 years in the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain and Ireland.

“We’re equally proud to share that our sister restaurant, Sebb’s, joins us in holding this distinction for the very first time, alongside Ka Pao, which retains its Bib for a fifth year, and Margo, celebrating its second.

“These moments are never the work of one kitchen or one dining room alone.

“They belong to the teams who show up every day repeating their care, craft and generosity; to the farmers, makers and suppliers whose produce shapes everything we do; and to the guests and supporters in Glasgow and far beyond who continue to champion our restaurants.

“A special congratulations must be extended to Scoop Head of Drinks, Ally Shaw, who is the proud recipient of the Exceptional Cocktails Award at this evening’s MICHELIN Guide ceremony.

“Recognised for his work at Sebb’s, and his impressive signature cocktails, we’re delighted to share in his success! Well done Ally!

“That our newest ventures have been recognised so quickly is something we don’t take lightly.

“We see it as a reflection of being warmly embraced by a city whose food and drink scene is growing ever more confident, collaborative and inspiring.

“We are grateful to be part of it.

“Thank you, from the team at Scoop Restaurants Group.”

It comes after the restaurant side of Sebb’s was recognised by the Michelin guide earlier this month.

Sebb’s, situated on Miller Street, is among the new Michelin Bib Gourmand recipients for 2026. The award recognises venues for offering good food at a great price.

This recognition for the underground restaurant and bar builds on a strong first year, which saw it added to the Michelin Guide five months after opening its doors.

No new restaurants in Great Britain and Ireland have been awarded the illustrious three Michelin star rating, despite much speculation Ireland’s first would be named.

Michelin revealed its latest guide at a ceremony tonight, the first time the event has been held in Ireland.

Ten restaurants retained their three Michelin star status, but no new names were added to the prestigious list.
