West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and Sussex Police attended the incident in Woodlands Avenue, Rustington, today, February 7.
Pictures show a car crashed into the front of a day nursery, causing damage to the wall.
The driver of the car, an 80-year-old woman, has been taken to hospital with injuries.

A fire service cordon was in place and emergency vehicles blocked the road.
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: “At around 9am on Saturday (February 7), emergency services were called to reports of a car crashing into a wall of a nursery building on Woodlands Avenue, Rustington.
“The drivee of the vehicle, an 80-year-old woman, has been taken to hospital with injuries.
“Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances, and ask anyone who witnessed the collision, to make a report.

A spokeswoman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service confirmed crews attended for scene safety.
