These changes are due to engineering work and will affect trains from Monday to Friday (February 2 to February 6).
We have broken down the details for you to plan ahead.
Engineering work is taking place at various locations across the Southeastern network.
Monday to Thursday (February 2 to February 5):
The 11.39pm train from London Cannon Street to Dover Priory will be diverted and run non-stop between London Bridge and Ashford International.
A replacement bus will run between Tonbridge and Ashford International.
Passengers travelling to Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, or connecting to the replacement bus at Tonbridge should use alternative trains between London, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge.
Tuesday and Wednesday only (February 3 and February 4):
The 12.26am train from London Cannon Street to Dartford via Greenwich will be diverted to run via Bexleyheath.
A replacement bus will run between London Bridge and Dartford via Greenwich.
From 12.45am until the end of service, buses will replace trains between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings, running between:
Tunbridge Wells and Hastings, calling at Wadhurst, Battle, West St Leonards and St Leonards Warrior Square.
Tunbridge Wells and Robertsbridge, calling at all stations.
Battle and Crowhurst (minibus shuttle).
Wednesday and Thursday only (February 4 and February 5):
The 10.34pm train from London Charing Cross to Ramsgate service will be replaced by an accessible bus between Minster and Ramsgate.
The 11.07pm train from London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover service will be replaced by an accessible bus between Deal and Ramsgate, calling at Sandwich.
The 11.40pm train London St Pancras International to Margate via Canterbury West service will be replaced by a bus between Minster and Margate, calling at all stations except Dumpton Park.
Tuesday and Friday only (February 3 and February 6):
The 12.22am train from London Charing Cross to Dartford via Woolwich will be diverted to run via Bexleyheath.
A replacement bus will run between Lewisham and Dartford via Woolwich.
