Harry Cotton, 28, of Eriswell Road, Worthing, must pay £165 in a fine and costs after admitting breaching a community order failing to attend unpaid work on October 11 and December 13, 2025.
Ross White, 40, of Bluebell Drive, Littlehampton, was fined £246, ordered to pay £130 costs and a £98 victim surcharge after pleading guilty to speeding. On March 29, 2025 at 12.28am, he drove on the A259 Kingsway, at the junction with Hove Street, at 35mph in a 30mph restricted road. His licence was endorsed with three points.
Sean Stephen Marshall, 35, of Bramley Road, Broadwater, Worthing, had a community order revoked and was fined £750 after the court dealt with the original theft offences. The offences include 10 separate charges of stealing boxes of Lego, as well as other items, from Sainsbury’s at Lyons Farm Retail Park, between November 20, 2024 and February 7, 2025.
Charlotte Watkinson, 29, of Harris Road, Chichester, had a community order revoked after failing to attend to an office appointment on December 2, 2025. The community order had originally been imposed for stalking behaviour that caused serious alarm or distress to an individual in Chichester, between October 13 and November 6, 2025, namely calling, emailing and turning up to their address. . A new community order was imposed, which includes a drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity. She was fined £120 with £85 costs.
Valentino Ryan, 22, of Merlin Place, Chichester, admitted breaching his community order by failing to attend unpaid work on December 20 and December 27, 2025. The court varied his order and imposed an additional 14 hours of unpaid work to be completed within the next 12 months.
Scott Shurley, 27, of Foxes Croft, Barnham, had the unpaid work requirement of his community order extended. Outstanding hours must now be completed by December 22, 2026.

David Pritchard, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a community order made by failing to attend planned office appointments on December 9 and December 15, 2025. The order was varied, and he must now complete a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement as a non-resident for nine months, in addition to the original Rehabilitation Activity Requirement continuing.
Gary Richards, 51, of Trefoil Crescent, Crawley, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend planned office appointments on December 3 and December 9, 2025. The order was varied so he must comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments or participate in activities as required, up to a maximum of five days, with the original Rehabilitation Activity Requirement continuing.
