Based on the book series of the same name by Julia Quinn, the latest season will be based on An Offer from a Gentleman.
Many of the cast are returning, but viewers have been asking if fan-favourite Jonathan Bailey will be returning. Here is what we know.
Is Jonathan Bailey in Bridgerton season 4?
Jonathan Bailey, who is from Sussex, has starred in Bridgerton since its first season in 2020.
He plays Anthony, 9th Viscount Bridgerton, with his portrayal earning acclaim from critics and fans alike, and gaining him wider recognition.
The second series that was centred on his character became the most-watched English-language television series on Netflix at the time.
Since his breakout from Bridgerton, Bailey has gone on to be in the smash-hit film adaptation of Wicked, as well as its sequel, Wicked: For Good, playing Fiyero Tigelaar.
He was also in the new Jurassic World Rebirth as Dr. Henry Loomis.
Despite concerns that he will not be in the new season, the acting star confirmed he will be.
Speaking to Good Morning America, he said that he and Kate (Simone Ashley) would have small roles in the upcoming season.
He said: “Being the elder brother, I’m going to be there to support the youngsters.”
