Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a car fire on the M25 between junctions 2 and 3 at 4.43am on Saturday, December 27.
Two fire engines attended the scene, with crews wearing breathing apparatus and using a hose-reel jet to extinguish the blaze.
There were no reported injuries.
A spokesperson for Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a car fire on the M25 between junctions 2 and 3, near Dartford.
“Two fire engines attended, and crews, wearing breathing apparatus used a hose-reel jet to extinguish the fire.
“There were no injuries.”
