Property management company, Xenia Estates, has opened a new regional office in Bradford.
This new office is located at The City Hub and is predicted to create five new jobs. The team will be led by Xenia Estates’ new business development manager for Yorkshire, Michael Willans. He joins from national block management specialists Scanlans, where he spent seven years in property management and business development.
The company is headquartered at its office in Sale, Greater Manchester.
Willans said: “This expansion represents an important step in our ongoing dedication to providing reliable property management services throughout Yorkshire. At Xenia Estates, we value the opportunity to foster strong connections within the local community and to extend our services across the region.”
According to the latest figures from the ONS, the provisional average house price in Bradford was £180,000 in May 2025, up 8.2% from May 2024, which was higher than the rise in the Yorkshire and The Humber region over the same period (+5.1%).
He added: “The number of new properties coming to market in Yorkshire is 12% higher than the same period last year. This is outpacing the national average. Buyer demand has also surged, with estate agent enquiries up by 10% and the number of sales agreed rising by 11% compared to the previous year.”
