An estate agency, which was established during the Covid-19 pandemic, has moved to new offices in Aberporth.

Cardigan Bay Properties was launched in 2021 by co-founders Helen Worrall and Tania Dutnell.

The move to Aberporth Technology Park is designed to support the ongoing growth of the agency and will enhance its service for both property buyers and sellers across West Wales.

Worrall said: “We’re so proud of everything we’ve achieved since we launched four years ago. Our sales have increased by nearly 200% during this time, and with a growing team and exciting plans for our future now is the time for us to invest in larger office space.”

Dutnell added: “Since the start, we’ve been committed to offering property buyers and sellers a first-class service that puts their requirements at the heart of everything we do. This has resulted in superb reviews and word of mouth recommendations, helping us grow faster than we ever expected back in 2021. We’re excited about this next stage of our development, with the new offices helping pave the way for further success.”
