Next week’s Kerfuffle Conference 2025 will be held at the iconic Wembley Stadium next week and there are still tickets available.

The conference, which will take place on 10 July, promises to bring together estate agents, PropTech suppliers, and thought leaders for a day packed with practical insights, exclusive training, and plenty of inspiration, all signed off with the slightly irreverent Kerfuffle twist.

Kerfuffle’s lineup of speakers this year includes Australian business coach Josh Phegan.

Among the keynote speakers is Mark Ormrod, a Royal Marine, triple amputee, and Invictus Games champion. He will inspire delegates with his journey of resilience, purpose, and overcoming obstacles, according to Kerfuffle’s Simon Whale.

“I concede that it was lunacy to organise the RAN conference in December with only 52 days notice, so 80 days notice for this one was a relative walk in the park & my team thank me every day for that,” said Whale. “But the feedback from the vast majority of people who did that conference gave us such great feedback about how much they enjoyed it that we knew we had to do it again. Knowing that Josh was over and available seemed like too much of a great opportunity to miss out on, and the chance to have it at Wembley itself even better.”

He continued: “I saw Mark Ormrod at the LSL conference and most people agreed he was an incredible speaker so I made a note that when I did our next event we had to have him along as his story needs to be heard, especially by those of us that think we’ve had a bit of a hard week.

“Understandably given my background I couldn’t have been more pleased to have had Reapit & Payprop come on board as our headline sponsors & I can’t wait to hear them unveil their ‘Next Gen Ai’ strategy.

“500 property people, 50 suppliers, 25 speakers, 3 Knighthoods & a Proptech diva like myself in our national stadium sounds like a recipe for an interesting day and an even better night.   The evening gala will be hosted by Thick of It star and Mock the Week regular Miles Jupp, and then Sway Allstars will be entertaining the crowd as the band before DJ Dave Seed sees the night off into the small hours.

“They said what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, apart from bears and organising conferences apparently.  But I’m about as excited as I can be given the calibre of people that are attending, if Kerfuffle stands for one thing its about the power of connections, that’s going to be delivered in spades.”
