The incident took place on the junction with A265 and A267 at Cross in Hand, Heathfield, yesterday, June 20, just after 11pm.
Three men were injured when the two small vans were involved in a crash.
They are being treated in hospital.
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: “Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact police on 101, quoting serial 1818 of the 20/6.”
