Launching early in 2026, RAI will be embedded deeply into the Reapit platform, providing agents with a “digital co-worker” that automates time-consuming tasks and delivers insights and communication in the agency’s unique brand voice. This ranges from property descriptions and prospecting to maintenance coordination and analysis.
“Estate agencies are under increasing pressure to do more with less, and we believe AI should be a force multiplier, not just another feature,” said Mark Armstrong, CEO of Reapit. “RAI works inside the Reapit platform that our customers already trust, streamlining workflows, surfacing opportunities, and enhancing client service. It’s AI that listens, learns and acts, all while reflecting the unique identity of each agency.”
Reapit AI is being developed as part of the the CRM provider’s’ broader offering, which encompasses millions of property records, transactions, communications, and workflows across the UK and ANZ, according to the software provider.
This foundation enables Reapit AI to deliver “context-aware, brand-safe, high-impact automation that generic tools simply can’t match,” Armstrong added.
“AI is only as effective as the data it learns from,” said Matt McGown, chief product officer at Reapit. “RAI is powered by the real operational history of estate agencies, not scraped web data. That makes it more relevant, more personal, and far more powerful from day one.”
Reapit says its new AI product, to be launched early in 2026, will include:
+ Predictive lead scoring and automated follow-ups for sales teams
+ Maintenance workflow automation for property managers
+ ‘Listing Concierge’ for sales agents managing the collection of data and imagery for vendors
+ Enhanced AI-generated property descriptions aligned with the agency’s tone and style
+ Real-time insights and recommendations based on user behaviour and live CRM data
+ Reapit is already working closely with some leading estate agencies in the UK to shape and refine RAI’s features ahead of launch to help ensure it fulfils the real-world needs of agents, property managers, and business owners.
McGown continued: “Where some vendors are adding AI as a bolt-on, we are embedding it deeply, so it works where our customers already work. It’s the difference between AI that’s clever and AI that delivers tangible outcomes for our agents. RAI is built to deliver measurable outcomes, with agents in full control.”
“Data security and trust remain our top priorities,” added chief technology officer Dawson Scott. “We are building RAI to be secure, brand-aware, and custom-fit for each agency. This isn’t about tech for tech’s sake, it’s about creating meaningful, intelligent automation that respects our customers’ privacy and individuality. Agencies will have control over accepting the recommendations that RAI proposes, giving our clients an additional layer of control that generic AI solutions cannot provide.”
“RAI marks the next chapter in our mission to help agents thrive through technology,” said Armstrong. “We’re excited to deliver AI that’s not just intelligent, but truly integrated, intuitive, and agency-first.”
