PC Ryan Busby, 25, is due to appear at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on July 8.
The alleged offences are believed to have occurred on December 20 2024 while Busby was off duty.
The offences involved four women known to the officer.
Busby has been suspended from duty.
Sussex Police has said the matter was referred to the Independent Office of Police Conduct who directed that a local investigation by the force Professional Standards Department should be conducted.
