Unlike most industry training events, this one comes with a twist: attendees will be invited to “pay what you can” – making it accessible to ambitious agents at all levels, regardless of their training budget.
“Great ideas and potential aren’t reserved for people with big job titles or deep pockets,” said Martin. “I want to work with the agents who are eager to learn and grow – whether they’re running the business or just getting started.”
The first event will be held in Bristol, with the date and venue to be confirmed once expressions of interest have been received. Attendance will be capped at 30 people to keep the experience interactive, energised, and practical.
Described by Martin as “part training, part stand-up, part creative experiment,” the day will focus on:

- Creative customer journey ideas that genuinely stand out
- Fresh thinking on marketing and business growth
Martin, who now works with estate agents across the UK through his consultancy and training business, is known for his personality-led approach and for helping agents stand out in a crowded market.
“This isn’t going to be a typical training day,” he adds. “No dry lectures. No death by PowerPoint. Just a room full of forward-thinking agents, creative ideas, and a touch of alchemy.”
