Tell us about Dreem

At Dreem, we’re reimagining the immigration process for global tech talent aiming to secure U.S. work visas. We’re purpose-built for tech entrepreneurs, highly skilled professionals, and businesses navigating the complex immigration system.

Our mission is to help them unlock work opportunities worldwide through a process that’s smart, fast, and fully transparent. We do this by blending cutting-edge AI technology with the expertise of top-tier, U.S.-licensed attorneys, using a project-based approach to keep things seamless. We’ve already helped dozens of entrepreneurs and employees relocate to the U.S., and so far, every case we’ve handled has been approved.

How did you come up with the idea for the company?

Honestly, the idea came from my own frustrating experience relocating to the UK and Japan. I realized that delays, rejections, costs, and compliance uncertainty make it challenging to relocate tech talent. Even top-tier founders like the CEO of Perplexity AI have been waiting years for their Green Card. I wanted to create a solution for tech professionals that is transparent, easy to navigate, with clear communication, and designed to work the way tech pros like. That inspired me to build Dreem, a platform built by and for tech people who know what it takes to make immigration seamless and stress-free.

What do you think makes Dreem unique?

Most immigration firms treat your case like paperwork with hourly billing and a one-size-fits-all approach, offering generic advice that lacks industry-specific nuance. We treat it like a real project. We approach immigration with the same clarity, speed, and transparency that tech professionals expect.

We don’t hide behind emails or legal jargon. You get real-time updates and a clear timeline. Our team combines elite attorneys with product managers, recruiters, and brand strategists who can package your achievements into a winning case. Meanwhile, our advanced AI tools streamline the process, save your time, and secure your successful cases.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?

Since we started, Dreem has grown rapidly. We’ve expanded our reach, built an incredible team of experts from top tech companies and U.S.-licensed attorneys, and streamlined our AI tools. We’ve worked with over 150 trusted clients and secured dozens of successful visa cases, achieving more than 5x growth in the past year alone. We’ve built a real community of clients and partners who believe in our mission, and that’s been amazing to watch.

What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?

My advice is to evaluate each market’s potential before you dive in rigorously. I’ve seen brilliant ideas fizzle out because founders chose the “safer” path, targeting the wrong markets and ending up with no traction, funding, or customers. Meanwhile, far weaker concepts and teams thrive simply by pitching straight at the U.S. market.

It’s an entirely different game: big bets, massive checks, and a national mandate to race ahead in AI, Big Data, and Cybersecurity. If you want to play to win, aim where the stakes — and the rewards — are highest.

What most excites you about Dreem?

It’s watching people reshape how they see their own story. Most tech pros who come to us feel “ordinary” and convinced they don’t fit the talent-visa mold. But after we’ve done our work, they emerge seeing themselves as true pioneers — owning their unique hero’s journey, recognizing the stamp of their expertise, and suddenly able to map out their goals and ambitions in the U.S. with crystal-clear confidence.

What can we hope to see from Dreem in the future?

Honestly, if we had a crystal ball, we’d peek! In reality, things shift daily, but here’s where we’re headed. We’re building a Unified Talent Platform – modular SaaS that brings every immigration option under one roof: standalone self-service tools, DIY workflows, and fully managed, boutique-style solutions. We’re improving client flexibility: whether you’re a solo dev needing a quick status check or a startup courting Series A investors, you’ll pick the exact feature set you need—no more one-size-fits-all.

Dreem may evolve into a broader global mobility suite. Anything that champions borderless opportunity, personal freedom, and full-throttle realization of your potential—wherever you are—fits our vision. Stay tuned: we’re just getting started.
