Train services are disrupted amid reports of a gas leak in a tunnel.
Southeastern received reports of the incident between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge railway stations at about 5.30pm.
While it was investigated, the tunnel was shut and all lines were blocked.
Engineers have now completed their inspection and all lines have now reopened.
Trains via Sevenoaks are still severely disrupted and, as services return to normal, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes or revised.
A replacement bus service is running between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge
Tickets can be used on Southern and Thameslink services between Tonbridge and London via Redhill and Thameslink services between Sevenoaks and London.
People are also able to use the Arriva 402 bus route which runs between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge, and the Arriva 12 bus route which runs between Maidstone and Headcorn.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
