Strutt & Parker and its parent company BNP Paribas Real Estate are relocating their Cambridge office to M&G Real Estate’s Brooklands campus.

The company will occupy 1,700 sq ft on the ground floor of the B1 building, which is located on the corner of Clarendon Road and Brooklands Avenue.

Etienne Prongué, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, said: “Following our recent investment in our Bristol office, our move to Brooklands underlines our long-term commitment to a regional model that reflects the way our people want to work.

“Cambridge is a globally important location for knowledge-led business, and Brooklands provides the kind of amenity-rich, sustainable workplace that enables our teams to thrive while supporting our clients with deep local market expertise.”

Dan Scott, head of Cambridge at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker, added: “Our move to Brooklands represents a new chapter for the Cambridge team. This is not just about taking new space, it’s about creating an inspiring and high-performing environment for our people and clients, at the heart of one of Europe’s most exciting innovation ecosystems. The quality of design, access to outdoor space and emphasis on sustainability makes Brooklands the ideal home for our next phase of growth.”
