The incident between passengers of a white van and a motorbike happened in Green Street Green Road around 8pm on May 3.
The van’s occupants and two people on the motorcycle were reportedly seen driving dangerously with the bike passenger allegedly holding a weapon.
It is thought the van and motorcycle may have continued travelling towards Longfield.
The arrests were made three days later on May 6.
Officers would like to speak to any witnesses, or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage that may assist their enquiries.
