The fire service has issued a warning to those living in the area after a caravan caught alight.
Crews were scrambled to the blaze in Cranham Square, Marden, near Tonbridge, just after 1pm.
In total, three engines were sent to the scene and are tackling the flames.
People living in the area have been told to keep their doors and windows due to heavy smoke.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus, are using main jets to extinguish the flames.
The fire service has told people to share the information with any loved ones in the area who may be affected but do not have access to the internet.
