House Collective has officially launched its first West London office in Notting Hill, marking the launch of its second London branch following the success of its flagship office in Primrose Hill.

Founded in 2018, House Collective covers the housing market across Notting Hill, Primrose Hill and Camden.

Targeting the upper end of the market, House Collective says it approaches every home with an ‘editorial eye’ — whether landmark houses or carefully considered flats.

The new West London branch is led by Will Vaughan and Benjamin Ross, both experienced estate agents.

Jonathan Brandling-Harris, co-founder of House Collective and ex-professional rugby player, commented: “Notting Hill is an area we’ve quietly worked in for years. The character of the neighbourhood, the architecture, and the people here resonate so strongly with our values as an agency. Opening a physical space felt like a very natural evolution, allowing us to better serve the clients we already work with and deepen our connection with the local community. We’re not here to blend in — we’re here to bring something fresh, thoughtful and design-driven to the market.”

Will Vaughan, director, added: “Our tailored approach sets us apart — and I’m excited to bring that energy to West London in a more permanent way with from our new home on Uxbridge Street. We’re not your typical agency. There’s a real focus here on storytelling, presentation, and people. Our clients trust us because we listen, we care, and we do things properly. I’ve worked in Notting Hill for 12 years, so opening this office feels like a homecoming of sorts — one that I’m incredibly proud to lead.”
