DXC Technology, in collaboration with QA Scotland, is opening these roles as Scottish Apprenticeship Week approaches.

The initiative aims to provide local young people with valuable career opportunities in the tech industry.

Gillian Gallagher, of QA, said: “If you are interested in building a career with a global and reputable company, this is a fantastic opportunity.

“You might be the go-to tech person in your family or have a keen interest in IT and digital.

“If so, check out what’s on offer in Erskine.”

No qualifications are needed to apply, as long as applicants are interested in starting a career and will be 18 by October.

Ms Gallagher added: “With an apprenticeship, you learn on the job and earn while you learn.”

QA Scotland, a provider of tech, digital, and IT apprenticeships in Scotland, places around 1,300 candidates every year with exciting tech employers.

The new apprenticeship openings in Erskine are just a few of the many opportunities available to young people across the area.

Chris Shekleton, director at QA Scotland, said: “If you haven’t yet decided on your future or are in an interim job waiting for the right opening, an apprenticeship could be the way forward.

“These are excellent opportunities for anyone who wants to get a job in the bag.

“No matter your background or qualifications, you can start by earning £18,000 and begin a bright new future.”
