The buffer zone laws make it a criminal offence to stage a protest, hand out leaflets, or approach someone trying to persuade them not to have an abortion.

It also includes religious preaching and silent vigils all within 200 metres of any of the named premises.
By the Hardgate Road area of Glasgow at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, a group of protesters were reported around 2.05pm on Wednesday, February 19.
Police were called, and a woman was arrested for allegedly breaching the exclusion zone.
Officers are still at the location and investigations are continuing.
