Police Scotland said the alleged offences happened between August 2013 and October 2024.
The man, 45, is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court at a later date.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “Police Scotland treats all reports of sexual crime seriously and with sensitivity.
