Scottish Water has issued a warning that they are fixing the issue on Jamieson Drive, but this could cause travel disruption.
They plan to have the issue fixed by 1.30pm this afternoon.
No bottled water will be given out to residents.

Scottish Water said in a statement: “We are currently repairing a burst water pipe which is causing the interruption to the water supply for customers in East Kilbride.
“This has been located on Jamieson Drive and may cause some traffic disruption whilst we carry out repairs.
“The estimated completion time for the repair is 13:30hrs. We expect to complete the repair in a timeframe which means we do not plan to provide bottled water.
“The water supply will gradually return to normal for customers once the repair has been completed.”
