Mark Lemaistre was the owner of UBU Books in Brighton’s Open Market on London Road.
He passed away aged 64 on the 28 November 2024.
Members of his family have paid tribute to the ‘incredible man’.
His son, Enrico said: “I am astounded by the love and care from the people he had around him and I am happy that he had the love and support of his peers till the very end.”

He has left a lasting legacy in his wake, and he will be dearly missed.”
The public are invited to attend his wake this Sunday (9 February) at 6.30pm, The Park Crescent on Crescent Court.
The shop will be open for the final time on Saturday (8 February) where they hope to sell off the majority of stock.
