Happy shoppers pictured enjoying January sales in Glasgow

In images captured by Glasgow Times photographer Colin Mearns, hundreds of people could be seen on Buchanan Street and Argyle Street in the city centre on Saturday, January 4.

Several of the snaps show shoppers with multiple bags as they enjoy a day out on the busy shopping streets picking up January bargains.
