Wellhouse Post Office, which is situated at 25-27 Newhills Road in Easterhouse, has re-opened its doors after the branch closed in August.

(Image: Images provided) Based at the same location as before and operating under new management, the post office will be open from 8am until 9pm between Monday and Thursday.
On the weekends, the post office will be open from 8am until 10pm on Saturdays and 9am until 7pm on Sundays.

Customers of main UK banks can access accounts at the new post office branch and services available will include bill payment and cash withdrawals, as well as home shopping collections and returns.

Scott Hamilton, Post Office area change manager, said: “We are delighted to have restored Post Office services to Wellhouses as we know how important a Post Office is to a community.
