Kent will start their 2025 County Championship summer on the road.

Their return to Division 2 for the first time since 2018 begins at Northamptonshire from Friday, April 4.

That is followed by back-to-back home games against Middlesex and Gloucestershire at Canterbury’s Spitfire Ground, starting from Friday, April 11, and Friday, April 18, respectively.

Kent will then end their red-ball campaign with an away fixture against Leicestershire from Monday, September 15, and the visit of Derbyshire from Wednesday, September 24.

Spitfires’ Metro Bank One-Day Cup season starts against Sussex Sharks at Arundel on Thursday, August 7.

One-Day Cup games at Beckenham against Durham (Sunday, August 10) and Lancashire (Sunday, August 17) are sandwiched by an away match against Warwickshire at Rugby School on Wednesday, August 13.

They will finish their One-Day Cup group-stage games with home fixtures against Somerset on Sunday, August 24 and Yorkshire on Tuesday, August 26.

The 2025 Metro Bank One-Day Cup final will be staged at Trent Bridge on Saturday, September 20.

Kent Women will start their first season in the Women’s Metro Bank One-Day Cup League 2 with an away clash against Middlesex.

Their first 50-over home game will see them face Derbyshire Falcons in Canterbury on Saturday, April 26, and their last group-stage match sees Yorkshire visit The Spitfire Ground on Saturday, August 30.

The Horses’ other home encounters will be at Beckenham on Northamptonshire Steelbacks on Saturday, August 9, and Glamorgan seven days later.

The Women’s Metro Bank One-Day Cup League 2 final will take place at Worcestershire’s New Road on Sunday, September 14.

Further details on the 173rd Canterbury Cricket Week and other match activation across Kent fixtures next year will be confirmed soon.
