The work will affect trains from Monday (November 18) and Friday (November 22).
We have compiled all of the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this week.
Engineering work is taking place at a number of different locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Monday (November 18):
From 10.45am until the end of service, replacement buses will run between Tonbridge and Wadhurst and Hastings.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (November 18, November 20, and November 21):
From 11.50am until the end of service, replacement buses will run between Faversham, Margate and Ramsgate.
Trains between Faversham and Ramsgate will be diverted by an alternative route and will run non-stop between Faversham and Ramsgate.
Monday to Thursday (November 18 to November 21):
From 11.45pm until the end of service, replacement buses will run between Lewisham and Gravesend via Sidcup.
Trains will be diverted via an alternative route and call additionally at all stations between Lewisham and Dartford via Bexleyheath.
Tuesday (November 19):
From 11.40pm until the end of service, replacement buses will run between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings and will run between:
Tunbridge Wells and Hastings calling at Wadhurst, Battle, West St Leonards and St Leonards Warrior Square.
Tunbridge Wells and Robertsbridge (calling at all stations).
Battle and Crowhurst (minibus shuttle).
Tuesday to Friday (November 19 to November 22):
The 12.25am train from London Victoria to Ashford International service will be retimed to leave London Victoria at 12.40am and after Bromley South will call at Sevenoaks, Headcorn and Ashford International.
The 12.40am train from London Victoria to Gillingham service will leave London Victoria at 12.42am and will be diverted and run non-stop between London Victoria and Rochester.
For stations between Bromley South and Meopham, passengers should use the 12.40am train from London Victoria to Ashford train to connect with a replacement bus from Bromley South to Gillingham calling at all stations except Sole Street.
Replacement buses will run between:
Bromley South and Ashford International calling at St Mary Cray, Swanley and Otford, then all stations to Ashford International except Kemsing, East Malling, Barming, Hollingbourne, Harrietsham and Charing.
West Malling and East Malling minibus shuttle.
An additional train will run between Maidstone East and Ashford International, leaving Maidstone East at 1.27am.
The 4.35am train between Swanley to London Victoria service will start at Bromley South at 4.48am.
A replacement bus will leave Swanley at 4.05am calling at all stations to Bromley South to connect with the train.
