An A-road has been closed and residents left without water after a mains pipe burst.
The A2 Keycol Hill in Bobbing is currently shut in both directions as crews deal with the incident in Ladyfields Close.
Jamie Mackenzie, who owns Mac Campers along the main road near Sittingbourne, says he has “never seen anything like it”.
“The mains burst at about 5am yesterday morning,” the 50-year-old said.
“It’s like a river running down the road. No one can get through at the moment.
“Crews have been working here all morning and they have just started delivering some water to the nearby homes.”
It is not yet known when the road will reopen.
Southern Water, which is responsible for the works, has been approached for a comment.
