Guests can choose between the Dragon Set Lunch Menu and the Samurai Set Dinner Menu at the restaurant in Ship Street, Brighton.

Lunch menu highlights include dumplings and crispy duck spring rolls to start. For mains, dishes include salt and pepper beef steak, wok fried char siu pork belly and saamjang robata chicken, all served with steamed rice and wok fried greens for the table.

Guests can indulge in a decadent dessert for the full Ivy Asia experience with either soft serve ice cream with mango sauce and coconut, doughnuts, or coconut panna cotta (additional £5per person for dessert).

The Dragon Set Menu is available from Monday to Friday from 11.30am until 5pm and is £19.95 per person.

Guests can also enjoy the Samurai Set Dinner Menu at £27.50 per person Sunday to Thursday from 5pm until close.

Diners will get the chance to try a selection of The Ivy Asia’s most loved dishes, with a choice of five starters and five mains and the option to add a dessert.

Highlights include spicy tuna and sesame maki rolls, king oyster and shiitake gyozas and barbeque duck salad to start, followed by dishes including massaman lamb or tiger prawn rendang curry for mains, before finishing with doughnuts, sake barrel vanilla crème brulée, or coconut panna cotta.

The Ivy Asia Brighton is also introducing the Konnichiwa Tea (£19.95pp) from 3pm- 5pm every day. The tea includes a selection of small desserts, served with a choice of teas or infusions.

Guests can indulge in a selection of sweet treats including passionfruit and coconut doughnuts, dark chocolate choux buns, raspberry macarons and sesame crème brulee. Diners can also upgrade with a glass of champagne for an extra £10 per person.
