At the Paris Motor Show 2024, REPT BATTERO captivated industry professionals with three products designed to revolutionise energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability in electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage.

A global leader in advanced battery solutions, REPT presented its latest innovations; the GREEN CTP PACK, Fuel-saving PHEV PACK, and LMFP Battery, substantiating the company’s commitment to driving the next wave of cleaner, more efficient transportation.

 

GREEN CTP PACK

 

The GREEN CTP (Cell-to-Pack) PACK marks a significant step forward in battery design. The transition from traditional MTP to CTP structures has brought significant advantages such as higher space utilisation, energy density, and a more integrated accessory system.

While traditional CTP packs enhance space utilisation and energy density, they often rely on adhesive bonding, leading to high maintenance costs and environmental challenges. REPT replaces adhesive bonding with a mechanical structure that allows for individual cell replacement.

This approach makes after-sales maintenance easier and less costly while extending the battery’s lifecycle through reuse.

The result is a battery pack that not only offers superior energy efficiency but also aligns with sustainable practices by reducing waste and promoting recycling. This innovation is expected to set new standards in the electric vehicle industry, enabling more eco-friendly maintenance and performance.

Fuel-Saving PHEV PACK

 

Recognising the role of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) in accelerating the transition to green transportation, REPT developed the Fuel-saving PHEV PACK. With a capacity of 10kWh, this battery pack offers a fuel-saving rate exceeding 35% compared to traditional vehicles. Its powerful 100kW peak output ensures adaptability across various vehicle models and power requirements.

The pack also features advanced thermal management, enabling it to operate at temperatures as low as -30°C, making it suitable for diverse climates.

By optimising the positive electrode, negative electrode, and electrolyte, the battery achieves high power and efficiency, boasting a cycle life of over 4,000 cycles. Already integrated into more than 16 vehicle models from global brands such as SAIC, PSA, and Volvo, the PHEV PACK reflects REPT’s commitment to making hybrid technology more accessible and sustainable.

 

LMFP Battery

 

One of the major highlights of the Paris Motor Show was the introduction of REPT’s LMFP (Lithium Manganese Iron Phosphate) battery, a hybrid innovation that merges the benefits of both LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) and NCM (Nickel Cobalt Manganese) technologies.

Traditional LFP and NCM batteries have faced challenges in energy density, safety, and cold-weather performance. The LMFP battery addresses these limitations by improving internal space utilisation by 5% and reducing internal resistance by 16%, thanks to REPT’s proprietary “Wending” technology.

With a 30% increase in ion migration efficiency, the LMFP battery offers higher energy density and superior low-temperature performance compared to LFP batteries. Meanwhile, it outperforms NCM batteries in terms of safety, longer lifespan, and cost-effectiveness.

These characteristics make it a versatile solution for both passenger and commercial vehicles, aligning perfectly with REPT’s goal of creating reliable, efficient, and safe energy solutions for a wide range of applications.
