Located on the second floor of Buchanan Street’s shopping centre, The Clubhouse is the newest addition from The Superlative Group, known for its other venues like Glaschu, Gost, and the Duke’s Umbrella.

The Clubhouse features 12 large HD screens broadcasting a variety of sports, including golf, rugby, football, F1, and tennis. Live music will be performed from Thursday to Saturday each week.

Joanne Leslie, Senior Retail Business Manager for The Superlative Group, expressed enthusiasm about the new venture: “We are thrilled to bring this concept to the city center. We have long recognized the need for a premium space where people can enjoy sports, and the response from our first weekend has been overwhelmingly positive.”

Ewan Angus, Head of Drinks Development for The Superlative Group, has curated an extensive whisky selection and a cocktail menu featuring a unique ‘Masters’ section. The Clubhouse also offers a variety of draught beers and is the first UK venue to serve Starnberger, a Bavarian craft Helles beer.

The menu spans breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including options like filled morning rolls, baked potatoes, and hearty “clubhouse classics” such as sausage and mash with onion gravy and butter chicken curry.

John Molloy, Director of Food, commented: “There was a clear need for a venue offering sports with a quality yet relaxed dining experience. Our menu includes fun ‘Clubhouse’ classics and some unique items to keep things exciting, like the doner spring rolls.”

In May, The Superlative Group also launched Maison by Glaschu on the top floor of Princes Square, offering a brasserie menu with French flair and a refined cocktail selection. Molloy noted, “There is definitely a demand for high-quality food in a casual setting. Maison provides that with the same excellent produce as Glaschu but in a more accessible format, tailored to our shopping centre location.”

The Clubhouse is now open on the second floor of Princes Square. For more information, visit their website.
