The Dartford Crossing, previously known as the Dartford Tunnel until 1991, is a major road crossing over the River Thames in England.

It connects Dartford in Kent (south) to Thurrock in Essex (north) via the A282 road.

Friday night will see the west tunnel closed from 10pm to 5.30am, while the east tunnel will be closed on Sunday night.

The QEII Bridge will be closed from 9.30pm on Saturday to 5am on Sunday, to allow contraflow works.
