The incident, which occurred just before J8 at the A20 Ashford Road exit for Leeds Castle and Maidstone Services, initially led to a complete blockage of the London-bound stretch.
According to traffic monitoring by Inrix, there is still congestion with one lane closed from J9 at A20 Fougeres Way in Ashford to J8 at A20 Ashford Road near Leeds Castle and Maidstone Services, due to the overturned vehicle.
Authorities have been contacted for updates from the police and ambulance services.”
