His victory comes after a night of volunteers counting ballots as part of the 2024 General Election.
The total turnout for this election in Orpington was 46,238 votes, and Mr Bacon received 17,504 votes.
Mr Bacon MP said: “We have worked very hard these last few weeks.
“I must say thank you to my family and parents.”
Volunteers began counting the votes at 10pm yesterday (Thursday, July 4) when the polls closed.
Voters across Orpington as a borough have historically favoured the Conservative Party.
An MP from the Conservative Party has been elected in Orpington since 1970.
In the 2019 General Election, Mr Bacon also represented the Conservative Party in Orpington and won with 63.4 per cent.
