Replacement buses will be available on most routes, with amended services to and from Victoria Station on Sunday (July 7).

Southeastern has warned that replacement buses may be busier than usual, and customers should allow extra time for journeys.

Below are the details regarding the buses which will be replacing trains from Friday to Sunday:

Buses replace trains between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea from Saturday June 29 to Saturday July 6

Routes affected: Southeastern between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea Major engineering work is taking place to the Kingsferry Bridge near Swale, closing the line between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea.

Accessible buses will replace trains between: Sheerness-on-Sea and Sittingbourne calling at Queenborough only Kemsley and Sittingbourne minibus shuttle Swale station will be closed and cannot be served by replacement buses because of the closure of Kingsferry Bridge.

Journey times will be significantly increased, and buses between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea will take approximately 60 minutes.

No service between Charlton and Blackheath from Saturday, June 1 to Sunday, August 11

Routes affected: Southeastern between London Cannon Street and Dartford via Blackheath and Charlton Engineering work is taking place between Charlton and Blackheath, closing the lines for 10 weeks.

Trains between London Cannon Street and Dartford via Blackheath and Charlton will instead run via Greenwich, calling additionally at Westcombe Park, Maze Hill, Greenwich, and Deptford.

You can use the following alternative routes at no extra cost: London Bus routes 89, 54, 380, 202 & SL3.

Docklands Light Railway between Greenwich and Lewisham.

Thameslink services between London Bridge and Dartford via Woolwich.

Buses replace trains between Gravesend and Rochester on Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7

Routes affected: Southeastern between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate Thameslink between St Albans City / West Hampstead Thameslink / Kentish Town / London Bridge / Dartford / and Gillingham / Rainham Engineering work is taking place between Gravesend and Higham, closing some lines.

Southeastern: Highspeed via Gravesend: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Gravesend will only run between London St Pancras International and Gravesend.

Accessible replacement buses will run between: Gravesend and Gillingham calling at Strood, Rochester and Chatham.

Gravesend and Strood calling at Higham (minibus)

Thameslink: Saturday: Before 7pm, trains will run between Luton and Gravesend.

After this, trains will run between Kentish Town and Dartford only.

A shuttle train service will run all day between Strood and Rainham.

You can use Southeastern trains between Dartford and Gravesend, and Southeastern replacement buses between Gravesend and Strood to complete your journey.

Sunday: Trains will run between Plumstead and Gravesend, and between Strood and Rainham only.

You can use Southeastern replacement buses between Gravesend and Strood to complete your journey.

Amended service to / from London Victoria on Sunday, July 7

Routes affected: To / from London Victoria Engineering work is taking place between London Victoria and Denmark Hill, closing some lines.

Sole Street, Maidstone East and Bromley South lines: Trains from London Victoria towards Ramsgate, Dover Priory, Ashford International and Orpington will be retimed to leave London Victoria up to 5 minutes earlier.

Bexleyheath Line: Trains between London Victoria and Dartford via Bexleyheath will be diverted to run to and from London Cannon Street Buses replace trains on routes via Orpington on Sunday, July 7 Routes affected: Southeastern via Orpington Thameslink between London Victoria and Orpington Engineering work is taking place between Petts Wood and Sevenoaks, closing all lines.

Southeastern: No trains will call at Orpington all day.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Tonbridge will be retimed and run via an alternative route between London Bridge and Sevenoaks.

Trains between London Charing Cross and Dover Priory will only run between London Charing Cross and Folkestone Central because of further engineering work.

Hastings Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Hastings will be retimed and diverted via an alternative route and will not be able to stop at Orpington.

Bromley South Line: Trains between London Victoria and Orpington will only run between London Victoria and Bromley South.

Grove Park Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Sevenoaks will only run between London Charing Cross and Chislehurst.

Accessible replacement buses will run between: Bromley South and Orpington calling at all stations.

Chislehurst and Sevenoaks calling at all stations Thameslink: The 6.46am and 7.16am Orpington to London Victoria services will start at Bellingham.

Replacement buses will run between Orpington and Bellingham.

No trains via Dover Priory on Sunday, July 7

Routes affected: Southeastern via Dover Priory Engineering work is taking place between Canterbury East and Dover Priory, and also between Folkestone Central and Deal, closing all lines.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Dover Priory via Tonbridge will only run between London Victoria and Folkestone Central. These trains are running to / from London Victoria because of further engineering work.

Highspeed via Ashford: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Dover Priory will only run between London St Pancras International and Folkestone Central. Additional trains will run between Deal and Ramsgate.

Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Dover Priory via Chatham will only run between London Victoria and Canterbury East.

Accessible replacement buses will run between: Folkestone West and Deal calling at all stations Folkestone West and Dover Priory calling at Folkestone Central Canterbury East and Dover Priory calling at all stations
