Police, firefighters, and ambulances responded to Wester Common Drive in Possilpark, Glasgow, on Thursday afternoon.
Images from the Glasgow Times show emergency services at the scene, with cop cars parked and several officers making inquiries at a block of flats.
This follows a report that First Glasgow service M3 is being diverted due to the situation.
The nature of the incident is currently unclear, and Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
