Bromley’s Churchill Theatre will be welcoming the popular Only Fools and Horses musical this year from September 23 to September 28.
The popular musical, which had a successful sold-out four-year run in the West End, will be beginning its UK tour in September, with Bromley being the first of 31 tour locations.
Comedy giant Paul Whitehouse is set to reprise his role as Grandad for the tour and will be joined by West End actor Sam Lupton as Del Boy Trotter.
Del’s younger brother Rodney will be played by Tom Major, who will be making his professional theatre debut during the tour.
The lineup will also include other notable West End actors including Georgina Hagan, who will be reprising her role as Raquel, Craig Berry returning as Boycie and Nicola Munns returning as Marlene.
Also joining them will be original West End co-stars Lee VG as Trigger, Bradley John as Denzil and Darryl Paulas as Mike.
The show, based on the beloved TV sitcom written by John Sullivan, will be directed by Caroline Jay Ranger, who also directed the recently opened Fawlty Towers – The Play currently on at the West End.
The musical will feature scenes and scripts taken from original episodes, along with script and original score written by John’s son Jim Sullivan and Paul Whitehouse.
The show will feature the well known theme songs from the original series that audience members will recognise, along with new music written by Jim and musical contributions from Chas & Dave.
Tickets to see Only Fools and Horses The Musical at Bromley’s Churchill Theatre are currently available to book online with tickets starting at £25.
