Drivers have been facing heavy delays after a police incident on the M2 this evening.
Traffic on the M2 has been held in both directions between Junction 4 (Gillingham) and Junction 5 (Sittingbourne).
The stretch has since reopened, although delays are expected to continue.
Police and fire crews have been at the scene.
In another incident nearby a car has been pictured driven into the front of a house in Wigmore Drive, Gillingham.
It is believed to be a black Suzuki vehicle.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured in either incidents.
