TfL buses align with the Mayor’s Transport Strategy aiming for 80 per cent of journeys via foot, bike, or public transport by 2041.

There is currently a bus fleet of around 9,300 buses which follow across 675 different routes.

The latest timetable changes are in place to help “match demand, deliver value for money and allow TfL to invest in outer London”.

The following timetable changes will take place from Saturday, May 4:

The temporary timetable will be removed from route 14 with the service returning to run every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 12 minutes during the evening and all day on Sundays.

No change to the night service which continues to run every 15 minutes on all nights of the week.

The temporary timetable will be removed from route 22 with the service returning to run every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 12 minutes during the evening and all day on Sundays.

The temporary timetable will be removed from route 23 with the service returning to run every 12 minutes from around 5am to Midnight on all days of the week.

No change to the night service which continues to run every 30 minutes on all nights of the week.

Route 28 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. Route 28 will be operated by Metroline from this date.

Route 31 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

The temporary timetable will be removed from route 74 with the service returning to run every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 12 minutes during the evening and all day on Sundays.

Route 135 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

Route 148 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

The temporary timetable will be removed with buses returning to run every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 12 minutes during the evening and all day on Sundays.

No change to the night service which continues to run every 20 minutes on Sunday to Thursday nights and every 30 minutes on Friday and Saturday nights.

The temporary timetable will be removed from route 226 with the service returning to run every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 20 minutes during the evening and all day on Sundays.

The temporary timetable will be removed from route 452 with the service returning to run every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Sundays and every 15 minutes during the late evening on all days of the week.

Route N28 will have a new timetable on all nights of the week with minor changes to times. Route N28 will be operated by Metroline from this date.

Bus changes on bank holiday Monday

A Sunday timetable will operate on all day bus routes and the normal Monday night timetable on night buses on bank holiday Monday.

Routes 327, 347, 375, 377, 383, 385, 389, 399, 424, 467, 549, H3, K4, K5, R2, R5, R8, R10, S3, SL6 and U10 will not operate on this day.
