Motorists could face hold-ups lasting between 10 and 30 minutes.

National Highways maintains motorways and major A-roads, so smaller road shutdowns are not on the schedule.

Here is the list of closures – with some already in place and some upcoming.

A282, from 10pm May 1 to 5.30am June 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing West Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

A282, from 10pm May 4 to 5am May 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing West Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

A282, from 10pm May 5 to 5am May 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing East Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

A282, from 10pm May 7 to 5am May 10, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing East Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

A282, from 10pm May 7 to 5.30am May 10, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 1A, Lane closures for electrical works.

M25, from 10pm May 7 to 5am May 8, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 Anticlockwise, junction 3 to junction 2, Lane closures for electrical works.

A2, from 10pm May 9 to 6am May 10, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A2 eastbound, M25 to Bean interchange, Lane closures for technology work.

A2, from 8pm May 10 to 6am May 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 eastbound, Bean to Pepperhill, lane closure for signage work.

A282, from 11pm May 10 to 5.30am May 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 Anticlockwise, junction 1B to junction 1A, Lane and slip road closure for sign works, diversion via National Highways network.

A282, from 10pm May 13 to 5.30am May 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25, junction 1A Roundabout, Lane closures for electrical works.
