Owners got the keys to the first of the 78 new homes on Maltings Wynd.
Phase two of the Dundashill project, the scheme consists of 78 three- and four-bedroom townhouses, built by sustainable developer igloo Regeneration.
The site is part of a wider masterplan to transform the Port Dundas area of Glasgow, eventually spanning 600 homes.
The first phase, 90 Passivhaus apartments, was recently finished by West of Scotland Housing Association.
Equipped air source heat pumps, solar panels, water-saving showers with heat recovery, full hyper-fast fibre and a plug-and-play EV charging network, the sustainable homes were first listed for sale in October 2023.
They are set around a centrepiece sunken garden, designed to increase biodiversity and foster a sense of community.

A planning application for the next phase of Dundashill is already being brought forward with a proposal set to be submitted in the summer for a further 89 homes.
