Troy Howard followed his midweek winner while on dual-registration at Hythe by turning provider for Luke Burdon and Sammy Adams as Lydd won 7-0 at Welling Town in Southern Counties East.

Another hat-trick moved Joe Taylor on to 43 goals for the season as Ramsgate thrashed Lancing 7-2 at Southwood to stay a point behind Cray Valley.

Matt Day scored a hat-trick for Larkfield & New Hythe in their 3-3 draw with SC Thamesmead.

Scott Porter is today’s top boss after Lydd’s 7-0 thrashing of Welling made it three successive wins in their bid to gatecrash the play-offs.
