Dough Balls specialises in handmade artisan pizzas as well as a selection of sides, desserts and soft drinks.
The current owner established the Clarkston Road business nearly two years ago after completely transforming the space with a £70,000 revamp.
In that time, the takeaway grew to be ‘extremely popular’ and enjoyed an ‘excellent reputation’ with loyal customers in the local area.
Now they are looking for a new restauranteur to take over the space and showcase their business.
It has entered the market with an asking price of £35,000, with the sale being handed by Smith & Clough.
Currently trading five days a week, there is potential to increase the opening hours and the premises could easily be adapted to suit other cuisines or concepts.
