Yeastie Boys Pizza Club has launched its new venue in Queen’s Road, Brighton.
Hungry customers can order pizzas by the slice from the unit’s hatch, which was formerly occupied by restaurant One Two Zero, or dine in to enjoy the company’s twists on classic combinations.
“We’re serving up from our slice hatch as well as loads of tables to eat in,” said bosses.
“Cocktails, beers, slices, coffee all to come.”
Yeastie Boys said it is having a soft launch week with pizzas being served from noon.
The restaurant joins the business’s growing list of locations – it is already at the New Amsterdam pub in High Street, Worthing, Brunswick Road in Shoreham and George Street in Hove, which opened in December.
Owner Oliver Hill spoke to The Argus last year about his ambitions for the business, which only launched last July.
The 29-year-old, who lives in Shoreham, had no previous experience in hospitality but wanted to “give it a go” and taught himself how to make pizza from Youtube videos.
He would like to expand across the country.
